Terms of Service
Effective 31 July 2026 · Last updated 31 July 2026
These terms form an agreement between you and FOX.AUTOPILOT,
a registered e-commerce operator based in Chanthaburi Province, Thailand ("we", "us").
By signing up or using the service you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
Operator details are on the privacy policy page.
1. What the service does
FOX.AUTOPILOT operates on your Facebook ad accounts
strictly according to rules that you define yourself.
The system checks performance data on a schedule and adjusts budgets or pauses and resumes
campaigns when the conditions you set become true.
The system does not make decisions on your behalf and does not guarantee any
marketing outcome. It does not provide investment advice, and past performance
is not an indication of future results.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 20 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under Thai law
- You must own the ad accounts you connect, or be properly authorised by their owner
- The information you provide at signup must be accurate and kept current
- You must keep your password confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account
- If you add team members, you are responsible for their actions as if they were your own
3. Permissions you grant
When you connect a Facebook account you authorise the system to read advertising performance data
and to adjust budgets or campaign status only as your rules specify.
You may revoke access at any time, from within FOX.AUTOPILOT or directly in your Facebook settings.
Once revoked, all rules bound to that account stop immediately.
4. Your responsibilities
- The rules you write are your responsibility. Please read the plain-language summary the system shows you before saving each rule.
- Set a maximum budget ceiling on rules that increase spend. The system warns you if you do not, but does not force it.
- Comply with Meta Platforms' advertising policies and terms of use
- You are responsible for all advertising costs incurred in your accounts, which you pay to Meta directly, not to us
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, and do not attempt to breach, reverse-engineer or deliberately overload the system
- Do not resell or provide the service to third parties without our written consent
5. Limitation of liability
Please read this section in full. This service acts on real advertising budgets
and therefore carries inherent financial risk.
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from:
- Marketing results that do not meet your expectations
- Rules you wrote yourself executing exactly as written but producing an outcome you did not want
- The Facebook Marketing API being unavailable, slow, rate-limited, changed, or returning inaccurate data
- Your ad account being suspended, restricted or disabled by Meta
- Force majeure, power failure, internet outage, or infrastructure provider downtime
- Misuse by you or your team members, or leakage of your password
We are liable only for direct losses caused by a defect that is our own fault, and
our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you actually paid us in the
three months preceding the event.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or damage to reputation,
under any circumstances.
These limits do not exclude rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived,
and do not apply to loss caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
6. Fees, payment and cancellation
- Fees depend on the plan you choose, based on advertising spend in the billing period and the number of connected ad accounts
- The applicable rates are shown on the website and in the product before you confirm your subscription
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Fees are charged in advance per billing period and renew automatically until you cancel
- You may cancel at any time from within the product. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no cancellation fee.
- Fees already paid for a period that has been used are non-refundable,
except where the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our own fault,
in which case we refund pro rata for the affected period.
- If we change our rates we will give at least 30 days' notice, and you may cancel before the new rates take effect
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- Fees remain unpaid past their due date — we will give at least 7 days' notice first
- The service is used unlawfully or in material breach of these terms
- We are directed to do so by a competent government authority
Before permanently closing an account we will notify you and allow at least 30 days to export
your data, unless there is a serious cause or a legal order requiring immediate action.
8. Intellectual property
The software, interface, trademarks and all content of FOX.AUTOPILOT belong to us.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for as long as
you are a subscriber.
Your data, the rules you create, and the advertising data in your accounts
remain yours. We use them only to provide the service you requested.
9. Downtime and changes
We may take the service offline temporarily for maintenance or improvements. Where possible we
give advance notice and choose the window that affects the fewest users.
We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a core feature in a way that materially
affects your use, we will give at least 30 days' notice.
If we discontinue the service permanently, we will give at least 60 days' notice,
refund the unused portion of prepaid fees, and allow you to export your data.
10. Changes to these terms
For material changes we will notify you by email and in the product at least 30 days in advance.
If you do not accept the new terms you may cancel before they take effect.
Continuing to use the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith first.
If no agreement is reached, the Thai courts shall have jurisdiction.
