Three things that eat a media buyer's day

Drawn from running hundreds of real ad accounts

Winners nobody scales in time

ROAS spikes at 2am. By the time you see it in the morning, the best window has closed.

Losers that keep burning budget

You notice thousands of baht later — even though the signal was bad within the first hour.

Accounts suspended without anyone noticing

We once found an account Meta had already disabled, while the system kept firing requests at it for 43 days.

Three steps to get going

No code to write, nothing to install

Connect your ad account

Sign in with Facebook once and pick the accounts to watch. Revoke access whenever you like.

Write rules in plain language

“If ROAS is at least 3.50 and purchases are at least 10, raise the budget by 20%, capped at ฿5,000” — the system reads your rule back as a sentence before you save it.

Let it run

Checks every 5 minutes, only on the days and hours you choose. Every change is logged so you can trace it later.

What makes this different

Ask it why a campaign was not scaled

Most automation tells you what it did, but never why it did nothing — which is the question you actually hit more often. FOX.AUTOPILOT walks you back through every gate.

Campaign name contains F1
Today is Monday, one of the selected days
It is 14:03, but this rule only runs 00:00–04:00
ROAS condition — not evaluated
Raise budget — no action taken

This campaign had a ROAS of 4.21, comfortably above the threshold, but was never scaled because the rule only runs overnight. Now you know, and you can fix it instead of guessing what the system was thinking.

🛡️

Watches account health continuously

Pulls account status from Meta every cycle. If an account is suspended or unpaid, the system stops calling it immediately, tells you, and shows how many days it has been down.

🔍

Warns you before a rule breaks

Write conditions that contradict each other, or forget to pick any days, and you are told while you are still building it — no dead rules sitting silently in the system.

👁️

See what would happen first

Before you save, the system shows which campaigns would be affected if it ran right now. Change a number and the preview updates instantly.

🕐

Precise scheduling

Choose which days, which hours, across midnight if you need to — and set how long before the same campaign can be touched again.

👥

Works with a team

Add teammates and set per-person permissions: who can only look, and who can change rules.

📋

Every action is traceable

Each budget change or pause is recorded with a timestamp, the before and after values, and the rule that triggered it.

Pricing

Pay for the scale you actually run

Two dimensions, so someone starting out is not carrying the cost of someone spending heavily

📊 Priced on ad spend

Spend more, pay more. Spend less, pay less — the fee grows with your business instead of charging everyone the same from day one.

🔗 Account limit per plan

Each plan sets how many ad accounts you can connect, because every account added is real work the system has to keep watching.

Exact figures will be published at launch — we are still measuring real running costs so the pricing is fair on both sides.

Frequently asked questions

If your question is not here, just ask us

Do I have to hand over my Facebook password?

No. We use Meta's standard Facebook Login. You grant the permissions yourself, and you can revoke them at any time — either from inside FOX.AUTOPILOT or directly from your Facebook settings.

Could it change budgets wildly and drain my money?

The system only does what your rules say. Every budget-increase rule can carry a maximum ceiling, and if you leave the ceiling off, you are warned while creating it. You can also set how many hours must pass before the same campaign is touched again.

How is this different from Facebook's own automated rules?

The clearest difference is the explanation — when a campaign is not adjusted, you can see exactly which gate stopped it. You can also stack several condition sets in priority order, get warned when rules contradict each other, and preview the outcome before saving.

How many ad accounts are supported?

It depends on your plan. The system was designed for multiple accounts from the start, and keeps each account's data cleanly separated.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You can delete your account and all data yourself from inside the product, or email us to request it. Full details are on the data deletion page.

Is it available yet?

We are preparing to launch. The app is currently going through Meta's review process, which is required for any app that connects to a user's ad accounts. Get in touch if you would like to be among the first users.
