User Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete everything FOX.AUTOPILOT holds about you at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason. Choose any of the options below.

How to request deletion

1 Delete it yourself in the product

Fastest route — the system starts immediately once you confirm.

  1. Sign in at foxautopilot.com/app
  2. Go to Settings → Account & Data
  3. Click Delete account and all data
  4. Confirm with your password

2 Email us

Email us from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We verify identity from the sender address, so no documents are needed.

3 Revoke access from Facebook

You can disconnect directly on Facebook under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove FOX.AUTOPILOT.

This stops the system accessing your ad accounts immediately and halts all rules, but your FOX.AUTOPILOT account still exists. To remove everything, also use option 1 or 2.

What gets deleted

What we must keep by law

Accounting and tax records relating to subscription payments — such as receipts and tax invoices — must be kept for 5 years from the end of the accounting period under Thai law, so these remain after account deletion.

This data is separated from usage data, access is restricted to what is strictly necessary, and it is not used for any other purpose.

Data held by Facebook

Deleting your data with us does not delete data that Meta Platforms holds about your ad accounts. To remove data on Meta's side you must contact Meta directly.
